DMCA / Takedown

Wodogram respects the rights of reviewers, brands and other rights holders. If you believe a summary infringes your rights or should be removed, you can submit a takedown request.

Who can submit. Reviewers whose review was summarised, brands, and rights holders or their authorised agents.

What to include. The URL of the summary on Wodogram; the URL of the original review on Amazon; a description of your relationship to the content (author, rights holder, agent); a statement made in good faith that you believe the use is not authorised; and your name and signature (an electronic signature is acceptable).

Where to send it. Email dmca@Wodogram.com. A postal address for formal notices is available on request. [NEEDS_REVIEW: insert designated agent name and physical address.]

What happens next. We review every request within 7 days and remove verified content within 14 days. Removed pages return a permanent "410 Gone" response and are de-indexed from search engines. Where appropriate we will notify affected parties and consider counter-notices. We maintain a repeat-infringer policy.
