Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Wodogram handles personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller. [NEEDS_REVIEW: insert the legal entity operating Wodogram and its contact details.] For privacy requests, email privacy@Wodogram.com.

What we collect. With your consent, aggregated, privacy-friendly page-view analytics; anonymised search queries used to improve results; a short-lived record of your IP address for security and abuse prevention; the details you submit through our contact form; and affiliate click events (which link you clicked, not who you are).

What we do not collect. We do not collect the personal data of the reviewers whose reviews we summarise, and we do not collect or store any Amazon account data.

Legal bases. Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security and basic, privacy-preserving measurement; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics cookies; and performance of a request (Art. 6(1)(b)) when you contact us.

Processors. Our scraper data provider, our AI provider (DeepSeek), our hosting provider, our CDN, and our analytics provider. Where a processor is outside the EU, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you; security logs are short-lived; analytics data is retained in aggregate.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies always, and preference and analytics cookies only with your consent. See our Cookie Policy. Children: this site is not directed at children. We may update this policy and will post changes here.
