This cordless power cleaner works well for quickly washing a car, especially when no accessible spigot or outlet is available in an underground garage. A central spigot can be used to fill a bucket. The unit may seem expensive for just car washing, but compared to local car wash costs it can pay for itself within a year. It delivers a satisfactory clean for this purpose.
The hose connects through a cheap plastic quick disconnect that is poorly manufactured and does not lock in. The plastic disconnect does not properly connect to the stainless steel male fitting, and even if it did connect, it would likely fail quickly. A brass replacement fitting resolves the issue, but a tool that is otherwise solid should not ship with this plastic connector. Disappointing for the brand.
This portable pressure washer performs well and is easy to move around. Some users report difficulty drawing water from a bucket, but pushing the connection together more firmly resolves the issue and allows water to be drawn up the hose without problems. It can be used to wash out a reefer trailer between loads, using about 15 gallons of water and one-third or less of the battery charge.
