The SeeSnake sewer camera is expensive but considered worth the price. Out of the box it did not work correctly, and without prior experience it was unclear something was wrong. After several support calls, a knowledgeable person helped troubleshoot and explain how to use the equipment, and a replacement arrived quickly. Ordering through a retailer was problematic: an in-stock item was delayed over a month, a second unit was ordered, and the first order was canceled after being charged without delivery.
