Only one item in this group arrived undamaged, so photograph everything before, during, and after unpacking and capture all serial numbers in the pictures, since problems without that evidence may go unresolved. The vendor was somewhat correct that they may not have been responsible for the damage, though a small refund could have been offered. The metal frame is sturdy enough and the fridge compartments seem well made. The spacious storage compartment is taken up by the plumbing needed for the sink and dishwasher.
