Functions as advertised after initial setup confusion

The unit initially displayed 1.2 kV and indicated the test was finished, which made it seem nonfunctional. Without an instruction manual at first, it took some work to figure out how to operate it, but it then functioned as advertised. It ships with flat electrodes, though mushroom-type electrodes are also needed and are not included. A video was made and posted on YouTube to help others.
