Poorly Designed Smart Washer/Dryer Center

This laundry center has frustrating control logic. After opening the dryer or washer to empty and reload, closing the door, and pressing start, the machine beeps and flashes "DONE" instead of restarting, treating the previous cycle as finished. Changing the dryer temperature from medium to high or low requires fully canceling the cycle; pausing does not work and the setting does not change. These issues make normal operation difficult.
