Pool never delivered, return shipping costs disputed

The shipping company delivered the ladder, liner, and filter but not the pool itself. After a week and repeated calls, the pool could not be located, so the order was canceled and the delivered items had to be returned at the buyer's expense. A representative initially said shipping would be reimbursed, but a later call revealed only $150 would be covered, leaving the buyer without a pool and out $418. Big-ticket items are not recommended.
